What if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a replacement, no questions asked. We only ask that you report the damaged item to us within 2 weeks of receiving it.
Where is my order?
Yes, you will be notified when your order has shipped. Your tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided after your order has shipped.
Can I establish credit or payment terms?
At the present time, we do not offer credit payment terms.

Shipping and Handling
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the Continental United States. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you're looking to ship internationally and we can provide you with a quote.
Can you ship outside the US?
Yes, we can ship internationally. Please contact our Customer Service Team at (855) 509-0754 to receive a quote.
When will my order ship?
90% of all of our orders received by 2 PM Central Time (Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays) will be shipped the same day. If your order will take more than 2 business days to ship, you will be contacted.
Is it possible to get my order expedited?
Yes. You can choose to expedite your order at check-out. You will be provided with multiple expedited options and can pick which works best for you: Overnight, Second Day Air, etc.
Will I be notified when my order has shipped?
Yes, you will be notified when your order has shipped. Your tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided after your order has shipped.

Are custom sizes available?
Yes, custom paper sizes are available upon request. Please complete our custom sizing form or call us at 855-240-6467 and a Plotter Paper Direct customer service representative will be in contact with you shortly.
