RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Plotter Paper Direct stands behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will be happy to provide a return authorization number ( RMA # ). No returns will be accepted without an RMA from us. Please read our policies so you understand them and we can ultimately achieve a timely and fair handling of your return.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your delivery when it arrives. If it is damaged upon arrival, it is always best to refuse delivery. If you do take delivery, please note the damage with the delivery carrier and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Retain the product and all packaging materials please.

Defective Materials

Please contact us within 10 days of arrival with the problem. The item must be returned in the same condition as received with all material, including bad prints, and packaging material. 

Non Defective Returns

Request for return must be made within 10 days of receipt.  Products need to be returned unopened, in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Restocking charges may apply for returns that are no fault of Plotter Paper Direct. The restocking charge is 25% for all standard products and the customer will be responsible for shipping the return back to Plotter Paper Direct.

  • If you receive damaged or defective merchandise you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must get an RMA number from us for all returns.
  • Only items authorized for return and listed on the RMA will be credited.
  • Returns, other than defective products, must be unopened, in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
  • Special orders may not be returned.
